NO SHOWS & LAST MINUTE BIG CHANGES AFFECT BUSINESSES. PLEASE BE MINDFUL WHEN YOU MAKE A RESERVATION.
Reservations are highly recommended.
*We are no longer accepting pets. Please do not bring any animals inside of our restaurant or outside seating area.
IMPORTANT: MUST READ. By sending a reservation request, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully.
*LATE ARRIVAL: We will hold your reservation for 10 minutes and will be released to the next person on waiting list, if any. Late arrival will cause delay of service or will be cancelled without notice. Please call to let us know if you are running late. Your table is reserved for 1 hour 30 minutes from the reserved time during the busy operation. Brunch and Lunch menus are served during the time indicated. There is a way to avoid town traffic (direction slides above)
*NO-SHOW: Not acceptable and not welcomed. Please note that we can not seat walk-in to your reserved table 1 hour 30 minutes prior & during your scheduled time which is 3 hours in total. Your commitment is very important. Will be noted for future reference. Your credit card will be charged $20/reserved number of people if information was provided.
*ADJUSTMENTS/CANCELLATION/GUARANTEE: Should you need to change your reservation (number of people/time/date etc.), please CALL us. Please DO NOT REBOOK by clicking table reservation again. 48 hours cancellation/adjustment policy. A group of over 5 and more will require a credit card number for preauthorization to guarantee your reservation ($20/reserved number of people). If not guaranteed and confirmed, we will prioritize other customers in line and your reservation will be bumped to next available seating. We will try to contact you by email/text before we make a decision.
*DOUBLE BOOKING: Please choose ONE person from the party to book for your reservation. Should you decide to preorder food & beverage, please mention the name of your reservation. Booking multiple dates or tables for one visit is also considered as double booking and 25% service charge will be added to the entire bill. (*please read adjustments)
*CORRECT INFORMATION: Please make sure to select the correct date & time. Reservation is not final until you receive an 'accepted' booking confirmation by email.
*REJECTION: When booking is full for the time you selected, you will be receiving a notification. Please contact us to see what we can do for you.
*LOOPHOLE: We operate by trust. Yes, there are many. Our operation is very small and relies on being organized. Small changes can create a large ripple effect to our business and others. As soon as your change of plan happens, please let us know.
BEHIND THE SCENES: Reservation App (not automated), social medias, email, phone, text, coming in person are all received by the same person who is also tending to customer service on site. Please avoid using multiple communication methods for the same request. This causes confusion, multiple bookings and delay of service. If you need urgent attention, please email or call us.
